Wragge & Co’s Life Sciences team is delighted to invite you to a seminar and discussion forum on Friday 7 December 2012.

Paul Inman will report on the flurry of recent judgments – both CJ EU and national – relating to SPCs, distinguishing the contradictions from the common ground.

Patrick Duxbury will review some of the key decisions around the world over the last year which are impacting on the practice of patent licensing.

Bleddyn Rees will explain what connected health is and provide an international perspective on its developments.

Finally, Tom Price will provide a session on how to avoid jurisdiction disputes with a particular focus on arbitration as a method of dispute resolution.
